This policy explains what Paddock Relay Collectibles collects when you join our launch waitlist and how we use it.
Information you provide
When you join, we collect your email address and your explicit email marketing consent. First name, favorite F1 driver, preferred collectible category, and phone number are optional. SMS marketing is optional and is only enabled when you provide a phone number and separately check the SMS consent box.
How we use it
We use waitlist details to manage the launch list, understand which collectibles fans are interested in, and send the messages you agreed to receive. We do not sell your personal information. We retain waitlist information while it is useful for launch communications, or until you ask us to delete it.
Analytics and referral details
If Google Analytics 4 is enabled, it may collect usage and device information and aggregate visitor and traffic-source data. We also store the referral URL and UTM campaign parameters submitted with a signup so we can understand whether visitors came from YouTube, TikTok, or another source.
Marketing preferences
You can unsubscribe from email marketing using the link in any email. For SMS, reply STOP to a message to opt out. Email and SMS consent are recorded separately. Agreeing to SMS is not a condition of joining the email waitlist.
